Maintaining a clear voice, we placed the content in appropriate categories so services would be easily understood. Complementing their new voice with a clean design was next on the list. Throughout the process, Glen was kept in the know. He noted that he was given the chance to “digest the new site, from copy to design features. Think Donson also took any concerns I had to heart by making changes I felt were needed. At the same time, they didn’t allow me to make changes that would not benefit the site.”
