Know what to invest in.
Know what to do next.

A personalized marketing plan for your business—built around your goals, your digital performance, and three relevant competitors.

YOUR NEXT CHAPTER

A clearer direction.
A practical plan.

  • 1. Your starting point

    A measurable baseline

  • 2. Your competitive edge

    Three growth priorities

  • 3. Your next move

    A focused 90-day plan

Make your next marketing decision with a clearer picture.

Should you invest more in Google Ads? Improve your search visibility? Launch or grow a priority offering? Build an email audience? Or fix the path from website visit to inquiry first?

The right answer depends on your business.

Your Growth Blueprint brings together what you want to achieve, what your marketing data shows, and how competitors present themselves online. Think Donson turns that evidence into a focused recommendation: what to improve, what to invest in, and what can wait.

Whether you sell services or products, locally or online, the plan accounts for the customers you want to attract, your capacity to serve them, and the resources you have to put it into action.

See the path from visibility to business results.

We connect your available digital channels to our reporting dashboard and organize your performance into three clear stages.

Digital Reach

Are potential customers seeing your business?

Understand your visibility across search, Google Maps, advertising, social media, and email where data is available.

Digital Actions

What happens after they see you?

Review clicks, website visits, engagement, and other meaningful interactions to see where interest develops—and where it may stall.

Conversions

Which activity moves your business forward?

Examine the actions that matter to your business: calls, inquiry forms, bookings, purchases, or signups. We distinguish initial responses from completed sales and other customer outcomes, with channel attribution where your systems support it.

Your Blueprint gives you the decisions, and the plan behind them.

1. A clear direction for your business

An executive summary connects your business goals, priority offering, customer audience, and capacity to the three actions most deserving of your attention. Your most important question becomes a central focus of the report.

2. A comparison with three relevant competitors

See how your business compares in search and local visibility, AI answers, offer messaging, reviews, content, visible advertising, and the path to an inquiry or purchase.

We identify specific opportunities to strengthen your position: topics to address, offers to emphasize, credibility to communicate, or customer journeys to improve.

3. A performance baseline you can use

We organize your available marketing data from the past 12 months to reveal trends, identify weak spots, and understand what’s driving results. This baseline helps us build your growth plan around clear priorities—and gives us a starting point to measure progress.

4. Specific marketing service recommendations

Know which services to start, improve, maintain, expand, or defer—and why:

  • SEO and search visibility: Priority pages, search topics, and local visibility improvements where relevant.
  • AI visibility: Relevant customer questions, content gaps, and opportunities to strengthen how your business is represented.
  • Advertising: Recommended platforms, offer focus, landing-page needs, and an initial budget or test approach.
  • Email marketing and capture: Ways to build an opt-in audience and follow up with interested prospects.
  • Social media and content: Themes, channels, and activity levels that support your goals.
  • Website and reporting: Changes to make inquiries or purchases easier and results clearer.

Each recommendation has a purpose. Your plan explains where to focus effort and which activities can wait.

5. A practical investment recommendation

See the proposed management investment, advertising budget, and any necessary setup, website, or software costs separately.

If Think Donson is a fit for implementation, we explain which managed package suits the work and why. Recommendations account for your budget, current commitments, and capacity—not just the services available to purchase.

6. A focused 90-day action plan

Your three priority initiatives become a sequence of specific actions: what happens first, who should own it, what it depends on, and how progress will be assessed.

You also receive a one-page action plan and a baseline-and-target scorecard to keep the next steps easy to follow.

7. A personal findings review

We walk you through the reasoning, discuss the tradeoffs, and answer your questions. You leave knowing the recommended first steps and the decisions needed to move forward.

You can implement with your team, your existing partners, or Think Donson.

Your takeaways: A personalized Blueprint report, a one-page 90-day action plan, a performance scorecard, and a findings review with Think Donson.

Technology supports the research. Think Donson owns the recommendation.

We use reporting tools and AI to help collect and organize information. Think Donson reviews the evidence, interprets the findings, and prioritizes the work around your business.

You get our reasoning alongside the recommendations, so you can understand why an action matters before committing to it.

How it works

1. Reserve your Blueprint

Purchase online, or schedule a Zoom conversation if you would like to talk first.

2. Tell us about your business

Complete a focused intake form that takes approximately 10–15 minutes. Estimates are fine, and we help clarify anything you are unsure about.

3. Connect your available channels

You’ll receive access to a custom reporting dashboard where you can securely connect your marketing channels, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, and social media. You won’t need to share your login credentials with us or collect reports before completing the intake form.

4. Review your findings and next steps

We analyze your competitive position and available performance data, prepare your recommendations, and walk you through the 90-day plan. We confirm the delivery schedule after reviewing your intake and access requirements.

A focused first investment.

A clear starting point for your next marketing decision. A plan you can use with the team you choose.

Put your Blueprint towards what comes next.

Choose a Think Donson monthly managed package within 14 days of your findings review, and we will credit the full $395 toward your first month.

Questions before you begin?

Is this relevant if we sell online or to other businesses?

Yes. We define the market, competitors, customer journey, and conversion measures around your business model. The analysis may focus on quote requests, consultations, online purchases, or another meaningful outcome. Local visibility is included when it is relevant.

We already have an agency. Is this still useful?

Yes. The Blueprint gives you a clear set of priorities to discuss with your current team. Tell us about existing responsibilities and commitments so we can account for them in the plan.

What if our tracking or historical data is incomplete?

We work with the evidence available, explain the limitations, and identify what needs to be connected or corrected. The performance review covers up to 12 months where history is available; we do not invent missing results.

Can you help us choose which offering to grow?

Yes. If you are unsure, tell us in the intake. We consider your goals, customer fit, capacity, and available evidence to help select the priority offering.

Will you recommend an advertising budget?

Where advertising fits the strategy, we recommend a budget or a bounded test based on available evidence and your resources. Media spend is shown separately from management and setup costs. Budget scenarios are planning assumptions, not guaranteed results.

Does the $395 include running the marketing?

The fee covers the analysis, recommendations, deliverables, and findings review. Campaign execution, ongoing management, and any required software or usage charges are separate.

Do we have to hire Think Donson afterward?

No. You can use the plan internally or with another provider. If you want our help, we explain the appropriate package and any additional scope.

Give your next 90 days a clear direction.
