Think Donson is a locally-owned marketing agency built around one simple idea: your marketing should feel connected, intentional, and handled by people who actually know your business. We keep the work in-house, which means the strategy, design, marketing, and day-to-day execution are managed directly by our team rather than being handed off to outside vendors.

The agency is owned by husband-and-wife duo Gary and Felicia Donson. Gary leads the digital marketing side of the business, including search visibility, paid advertising, tracking, analytics, website visitor identification, and the systems that help turn marketing activity into measurable business opportunities. Felicia leads the brand and creative side, overseeing branding, graphic design, website design, social media creative, and the visual consistency that helps businesses look as professional as the work they do.

They are supported by two additional team members who help with client service, website updates, marketing execution, content, and ongoing support. Together, the team brings strategy, digital marketing, design, and hands-on service under one roof.

Being local matters to us. Our clients are not passed from department to department or sent through a large agency system. They work with a small team that knows their business, understands their goals, and is directly involved in the work from strategy through execution.
